No not the game, real life!
These Greater Sandhill Cranes are from Northern Ca , the females are still sitting on their eggs and due to hatch out their “colts” any day now. The colts are orangish when born. These birds wing span is 6-8 feet wide. And about as tall as your shoulders but weight around 11 pounds. They love marsh lands . I think they sort of sound like turkeys. It is fun to watch them “dance” and play with sticks. When I took these pictures they were busy claiming territory.
I took these photos about mid day. Yea, bad time to shoot but I think you can shoot anytime anywhere anything. Jsut do it and make it work.
